is part time study equal to full time study? if a peson is working full time and then also study part time a degree of two years in length, if he study it full time. Infact he appeared as a private student after studying two years at home and then gave exam. Can he count this qualification or not?

if the degree usually takes two years full time, then count it as two years full time whether you took 2 years "part time" or not. Thats my opinion, remember i am not experienced.
