Full-time study can count work experience?

Iam read before in CIC that I can't count work experience during full time study , but today I try to search for this page in CIC ,but I did not find it,

Is there are any updates? Can I count work experience during full time study (PhD)?

What stream? For CEC, no. You can only count it as foreign experience.

Is the NOC on the list as essential for the new pathway. If so, yes if you meet the requirements.
