Full time job

I am pursuing my final semester (April 2019), my exams will over on 13th April. But semester will end up on 18th April. My results will publish by 26th April.
So my concern is about the full time job.
So can I able to work as a full time employee after 13th April or Should I need the PGWP acknowledgment in order to work as full time. And I am working in the same company.

Once you apply for PGWP, you can work full time until the decision has been made for your PGWP application. Some companies want a PGWP in hand before they will allow you to work with them full-time, however you are legally allowed to work full time once you apply for PGWP under Implied status.
