I sent my papers on 04th of December, all supporting documents. When about I will get any response or note from them, can someone share own experience?

Hi Nari,
i applied on 12th of december and documents were recieved by CHC, London on 17 of december. when can i expect AOR.
My second question is that how do you recieve the AOR. By email or by post?

I am wondering whether you sent application to NS Sidney or you already have their answer and sent already fool package?
In my case when I sent my application to NS, Canada, it took me about 2.5 months until I got my first AOR (I sent on 18th of June and AOR arrived 1st of Sept)(by email). By the way both of AORs I received by email.
Second AOR I got after 11 days (sent the documents on 4th of Dec and AOR 15th of Dec).
So, don't worry , everything is going to be just fine for all of us!!!

I already recieved the AOR from sydny,NS on 27th of august by email. Now i sent the complete application package to the CHC, london on 12th december and i m waiting for their AOR now. really tiresome job.......

Could you please tell when you told to expect about 20 feb, you meant decision ? and after that will follow medical. Im wondering about how long will we have to wait until to get answer from the embassy, approximately...

By the way i want to know how much chances of refusal are there after the initial assessment in sydny, NS. And what are the points which can make your case strong. Is this adaptability or Experience or some thing else?

Everything matters in final acceptance,authenticity of supporting documents is the main thing.

Your degree should be as per the requirement , like u should be a registered doctor if u apply under that NOC3111.
Your work experience matches with main duties of NOC in which u applied

last but not the least DESTINY.

Questions from a new comer

Hello Guys I have been following ur comments for a while and I have a couple of question if u guys r kind enough to answer them , I would be applying for the skilled prof. immigration in the next few weeks I would like to get ur 2cents on

1. which type of immigration i .e the federal or provinicial appln. is faster
2. regarding proof of funds do u have to show the bank letter or check what ever in ur initial application or u just have to show them when u go to take ur visa ?
3. what would be the range months in knowing ur final results.

I got my AOR from NS during December and my final application reached London on 08.01.10. No AOR till date. Any idea how much time London Office takes for issuing AOR....
