Full Name in study permit forms

Hello,

My passport does not have (Family Name + First Name) sections, it just shows the Full Name. I heard from a friend that in such cases, you need to fill the full name under the "family name" section in the study permit form, instead of filling first and family names separately. Any one has experience with this?

Yes that’s right. We have to enter in Family name and you will see it in the form after you fill.
