when u see the thread of april applicants
we can conclude that medicals is based on our file transfer date.

April thread is not the right example for any kind of judgement or evaluation,
Some how there is very little movement in April for un explained reasons and people in June have got medicals in ND.VO.

the ones u r saying should have applied in the month of
feb or jan and their file transfer date must be between jan and ist week of feb.
they would have utilised thier full 120 days time for submission of documents
hence though they applied in the mnonth of june, they have got medicals now.

No yaar. Its not based on file transfer date.

It clearly mentioned in the 2 AOR that you should get a responds in 90 days, else to send them a letter of reminder.

And mentioned that most cases will be finished in 8 months from the date of 2 AOR.

The medical request for us will be in December 2010. That is what current trend shows.
Lets wait and see.
