Full Documents sent in October 2010 New Delhi VO

Now I am feeling so inpatience. After receiving 2 AOR my ecas has not been changed. Some of my friends got their 2nd AOR in month on august but till date they did not received any update..I hope we can hear good news from canadian immigration soooooooooonnn...keep updates my dear bro & sis..

your timeline says , File Transfer Dt is 15 nov 2010 . Where did you get this info from ?
my 2nd AOR does not have a 'FTD' .

pls add me to the list...i ahve received 2nd aor in oct 2010 but still estauts is showing received by visa office..i dont know wht is it..its ND office case....
 
In my 2nd AOR is dated 15 NOV..so that i guess my file has been transfar to NDVO

15th Nov must be your 2nd AOR date, when the clerks decided to or took a print of your AOR.

IMO File Transfer Date is the date when the CIO transfers your file to the Visa Office. Thats not the same as 2nd AOR date..

Dear all,


you will not get any status change in your file once your 120 days has been passed.

because whatever you submit in between 120 days they consider it as interim communication and attachit to your file.

For example if you received 1st AOR sep 30 th and submitted docs to ND in Oct then your file will be assessed only after January 30th( Last day of your 120 days time line).

Hello,

I got first AOR on Aug 04, 2010. Sent my docs to ND VO on Nov 17, 2010, delivered on Nov. 19, 2010. My 120 days completed on Dec 04, 2010.

I got 2nd AOR today i.e. Jan 06, 2010, letter dated Dec.21, 2010, posted on Dec.30, 2010.

My ecas status still same - CIO review complete.

When would this status change and what would it be?

Dear Satnam,

You 120 days complete so New delhi Visa offcie initiate a file transfer request to CIO.

May be they intiated a request and waiting for file transfer notification from CIO.

As soon as they received confiramtion regarding file transfer they start looking at your file..

I hope your doubts will clear..

New delhi visa offcie cannot initiate your file transfer before 120 days passed.

hello...some of my friends have already cross 120 days limit...but still their status is as it is..
 
It's because of New Delhi Visa office are over burdened.

Now a days they giving 10 months processing times in 2nd AOR instead of 8 months.


Because of many files transfer request from CIO to New Delhi before your friends

New delhi hasnot yet requested file transfer from CIO for your friends files.

To process file ahead new delhi must request file transfer for CIO to new delhi..

Received 1st AOR:30th Sep 2010
Submitted full docs to New delhi on 12th OCT 2010
Got 2nd AOR dated 18th November same file as CIO no change in file number
NOC:0213
Ecas: Not able to check the status.

I submitted my documents on 6th October and recived 2nd AOR on 18th OCT , Waiting for MEDICAL REQUEST NOW
