Anyone who sent docs to London office got status updated. My file got trfd on 17th March, 2010 and AOR dated 22nd June, 2010 but status is still the same " Rcvd by visa office"

Anyone sent case specific query and got reply ?

not mine, I hear some rumors about 16-18 months in Damascus, however they still insist on 9 months in their web site. ridiculous ha?!

first they ask to write a letter if there's no update after 12 months, then there's this note in the web site that they won't respond to e-mails from applicants whose applications are not in active processing (which is before Feb 2009: 24 months!), and after all this BS they claim a 9-months processing time.
are they this stupid or what? they just assume all others are a bunch of dumb asses?

Hello fiends!!
I had my and my spouse's medicals yesterday...As i m from chandigarh, I took appointment in FORTIS..We went there yesterday.It was very simple process and we were free within 1 hour..They will send our medicals to New Delhi today. I am planning to sent Passports , landing Fees , My marriage photographs and my marriage certificate on monday...
I will keep on Updating..

For All of those who send full documents to CHC London, I think you guys and gals should start knocking the door of CHC London. Applicants receiving 2nd AOR in may 2010 have already passed more then 8 months.

Could you please cross check your file transfer date. I doubt whether it is 27th May 2010. Technically it should have been earlier if you have got your medical request now.

Sent out a mail to Buffalo,NY for my case enquiry.This is what i got today as a reply

"Your application is in process. We are unable to provide a date when the processing of your application will be complete.

Regards,

Canadian Consulate General Buffalo"

So guys,does this actually means that the papers are in process,as in process or it means that we have received your docs and thats all.

I have seen few cases where online status didnt change and applicants recieved medical request/PPR !

Anyways, its a good thing for U.
