That's a good question CANADAOU.. I think also that one factor that affects the processing time for London office is the country of residence.. They give longer time to process those currently in Middle east like me (Qatar), albiet this is not the birth place.

I think you are right, may be as we are resident in Middle East ( for me: "Saudi Arabia" ), our processing time is longer than other countries.
Also I think Pakistan residents are sufferinf from this problem!!

My status changed to "Received .......VO" on 1st July. I hvnt received any letter / email. Although i dont consider that to be necessary. (these are just acknowledgments). Rest you can check from profile.

If you got your E-Cas status changed to Received by Visa Office, then lay back and keep taking rest. Time will call you !
