i hv same situation.i hv only work exp letter & J.D. Letter and business card for my past employers and all documents starts from appointment letter to payslip of present employer i have it.

can seniors will advice us.it is enough or we have to shows any other legal proof for past employer.

Just to ease you out .. at Buffalo the 2nd AOR takes atleast 2-4 months.
So London guys are well off.

Those who have sent their docs on December are already getting their visas, so it means that we can also expect to get our visas on ~November.

London Office is currently dealing full docs of Pakistani applicants, so guys you know. its like they are doing two jobs at the same time. Who knows if they are getting paid the double to what they used to get.

Hi dear all

My application was received by CIO on 15th march 2010. Received first AOR on 23rd June 2010. Sent full documents to CHC London yesterday i.e. 03 July 2010.

Please let me get in your room.

I have some questions if you guys could reply please

1) What is the link to the website where i can see the ecase status?

2) I am a permenant resident of Uk as well but i lived there just for 6 months in the last 1 year but am planning to go there next week.
In such case how would i update the information about my application?

One possibility is that i go to CIC site (that i used to check my Application status change and update my address there).

Second is that i send this infoprmation to London CHC but in that case again i need the email or a string to follow.

Another question is shall i be considered as a resident of UK or Pakistan my country of birth. In such case what will be the place for my medicals.
Why i am asking this because i have plans to move my family (they too have residency) within couple of months time to UK. Will the CHC London ask us to have our medicals done in Pakistan (as all of us have lived just 6 months) or shall it be any medical centre in UK. Please if someone has info about this please update me. I shall really appreciate as i dont wanna spend air fare to bring them down to LONDON and then after a couple of months back to Pakistan just for medicals.

Any idea what are the fees for medicals in UK

I shall appreciate your cooperation

i m also sent my full application to the buffalo on 24th may and as per tracking system i saw that my dos are reach to the canada visa office address on 27th may...but still there is no any reply from buffalo visa office regarding the acceptance...lets see what happen..chirag :'(
