My e-case status has also been changed to "received by VO" on 16th August but no 2nd AOR yet.

After yours e-cas status change, in how many days u have gotten your 2nd AOR?

Ohhh.......Zabardast yaar......In my case the things are reverse. I sent a case specific inquiry to CHC london, if they have received my application or not? On Aug 13th i got reply of my inquiry stating that they have received my docs & also alloted a new file no.... Other than that i have not yet received any other email or post mail.

Do we need to send Visa Fees at CHC DELHI at the time of sending FULL documents OR at time of sending Medical. I didn't send my VISA fees at time of sending FULL DOCS to CHC delhi.
Is that fine or something wrong in it??

According to Application procedure you need to include visa fee with your full document.

'' This fee is payable by principal applicants (with the following exceptions) and accompanying spouses and common-law partners. It must be paid before the immigrant visa is issued overseas or before the applicant becomes a permanent resident in Canada. ''

3. Fee payment in an acceptable format. verify acceptable methods of payment with the visa office responsible from your area.

So you need to include fee payment with your application. If it is not done do it as soon as possible.

I have already given my application & received AOR for that, How could i send document in between any procedure for that ???
Also i dont fully agree with you,it doesnt say you have to submit VISA fee at time of submission of FULL DOCUMENTS

Congratulations to everyone who has got status change.

My e-cas status has changed to received by visa office. it reads as follows.

"Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review."

By when can I expect second AOR?

I this as you are in NOC 1111 same as like of me .. so that there can be issue.
