this is the info i hv got from my consultant. I may be wrong, coz i hv seen many people who have got their 2nd file no in Jan 2010 have not received med request untill now. So we have no other choice than be patient.

If your e-cas status has changed to received by visa office on 17th then definately your 2nd AOR is on its way and might reach anytime this week.
