This is a tread for those who have sent thier full document to local offices in August or September 2010.

Thnxx a lot for this thread ... i m planning on sending all my documents by september end ...taking d IELTS dis weekend ....i just wanted to ask how shd i send my fbi fingerprints to fbi ?? coz i hve d finger prints but i dont know how to send it to d fbi coz they r asking for d return mail ...but i dont have d fed ex account ...plzzzz anyone having d same situation ...plzz help me ...dis is d only thing along wid d ny police clearance dat is holding me back frm having d full documents ..........thanking u in anticipation ....plzzz help

Hi,

You must send your all documents at once otherwise if they open your application before getting your PCC they will return your file. You can only send the docs in a situation where your 120 days are ending soon and you know FBI will take time in this case you can send your docs with an explanation why you havent send FBI PCC and then its upto the visa officer to accept your application without PCC or not.
