Hi Sukh,

Do u have any idea how many months usually before Sydney office gives the final decision? it says on the letter 6-12 months but according to the cic website, its between 5-7 months...i just want to know so that i can plan my life while waiting...thanks m8

Hi All,

I sent my complete documents for NOC code 1122, recd by CHC NS Sydney on 21st OCT 10.

Can any one please helpme in knowing whn can i expect a reply from them.

My Application Status:
Category: FSW1
NOC Code: 1122
Visa Office: Nova Scotia Sydney
IELTS: Band score 6.5
DOC's Recd by CHC: 21-10-2010

Hi bro

My letter says same. But i have seen Sydney cases normally rake 10 to 12 months normally, once we have in process status then it doesn't take that long to get medicals. I am expecting atleast ten months for whole procedure after second AOR. So we have to wait for in process first. Once we will get the medicals then we will be able to know that our application have passed the main stage of processing. Then what ever time it takes, it won't be that stressful.

Hi,

No not yet still waiting, some applicants who send there application on 6th September have received it this week so i am hoping to see my status change this week and then receive the 2nd AOR by mail.

I just got my 2nd AOR by regular mail. Because of local post office error I got it more than 1 month after it should be delivered (date on letter), funny but that was reason why I received medical req. first and didn't got any AOR.

My second AOR letter is dated - 8th September.

e-cas status still states: decision made, since 14th September.

thats good that people sent docs in sep r geeting 2nd aor from london....im still waiting for the 2nd aor anxiously...... god knows better when.....i'll recv that..... hope for the best.....

You can use ecas for that! It shows this activity up there.

In matter of fact if you got 1st AOR from CIO your file is/or will be transferred to VO in few days after that.
