Full Docuemnts .. What Forms to fill at second stage ?

Hi all,

I just sent my full docuemnt application to New delhi. I was adviced by my constulatnt that I dont need to fill any forms, since all the forms were transfered from CIO to ND. So I didnt fill -up any of the form and just sent the documents package along with AOR.

So my question is . was I suppose to send any forms to New Delhi office along with the whole package?

Now, when i asked the same question to people in this form some said yes and some said no.

Please advice

Hi,
I think you need to send the forms again. This is also mentioned in the email you received from CIO.
Also CIC had instructed to have two copies of your application forms, one for yourself and the other to send at the second stage to VO.
Anyway, I think sending forms is safer.

yes you should send the form again and there is no problem if you send them again.

As far as requirements from Visa office is concerned you need to resend the documents

well, not true...

when u send form to NS .. keepa copy of those forms with u ..

Later send that copy with full documents. That is what is written in NS guidlines and I did the same.

to vo: copy of forms+ docs+photos+ travel history form
