Now the file transfer cases of Feb/ March begining are in process June file transfer cases are seems to be change to "in Process" in Feb 2011. You case may be bit early as your Noc code moving bit fast as compare to other NOC cods.
You may send an e-case query to the New Delhi office. However, looking at the progress of the applications before us, currently, the applicants whose file transfer was Feb end/March are receiving 'in-process' status. On an average, it is now taking ND Visa Office to review the full documents in 6 months atleast.Roy1986 said:Hello STS,
I have sent my full docs on 26th jul'10 and so far havent received any response from chc new delhi. My file transfer date is 14th April'10.
Do you think its a good idea to send a reminder email to chc as its been more than 3 months now and knowing the fact that we can contact the ND office is there's no response within 3 months?
Please reply!
Thanks
Roy
You can apply under fast track without withdrawing your old file. You can have two parallel applications for PR at the same time. But you should mention your old file details in your new file application.mayankpandya said:Dear all,
