For applicants who have sent the full docs and perhaps received second AOR from delhi.....

I wanted to know if you submitted the RPRF fees with the full documents and whether you have received a receipt for the same.

@ chefsam: Format doesnt matter, make sure they give all the info on the letter they asked for.

This is what I used:

"Date:

To Whomsoever It May Concern

This is to certify that Mr/Ms. xx (Employee ID. xxx) was employed with our organization xxxxxx from xxxx to xxxx as an “xxxxx”.
His/Her major responsibilities includes:


5 to 6 bullet points....

Hi Brad can this material is necessary to be printed on the letter head of the institution or just on any plane paper with stamp and signature.

To be on safe side and as per check list, your reference letter has to be on the company letter head with company seal and signature of you're supervisor with his business card.

I have submitted my full docs on 12th aug and I havent got 2nd AOR yet

By the way, what is RPRF fees? you mean application fee? If so, I have already paid mine and attached a printed copy with my full document package.

Question: Once my representative (in Canada) submits my application package to CHC ND. How long does it take for receiving the AOR? Is this AOR sent by email or letter mail?

My ecase status got updated to "Received by Visa Office". Is that my 2nd AOR? If so, Iam glad it received in time and would like to thank again STS in suggesting to use priority courier.

In details it says, my application is transferred to New Delhi Office and they may contact me.

I did not get you. But here is what I've gone through.

Till Yesterday and when I checked yesterday, my e-status showed "initial review by main office is completed (*something like that and Im not sure with wording)"

when I checked it today at 1600 IST - I found my e-status as "Received by Visa Office"

I did not see any issues in checking e-status. Some way or either I was able to see status of above.
