medyo nanghina naman ako sa balita. But who knows, Canadians are considerate naman and reasonable naman yng letter of appeal mo. maayos din ang lahat. try to re apply na lang included pa naman ata yong NOC mo sa in demand sa Canada.. yong processing fee lang sana marefund pa nila... Hi Vincelynn,
Sad to say it is no longer refundable because i've reached the in process level..na waste lang ang almost 51K ko as payment for our processing fee (with hubby and 2 kids) yes, i'll re-apply on the next NOC roll out.. Hindi pa ako nag gi-give up until something good happens to my quest..hehehehe..

Dear mate, i have sent my full doc to Singapore visa office in December and got the 2nd aor in January 2011.

can any tell me what is the status now a days! when we may expect mr.

as we can see that manila vo is leading , what ever it happens there it happens to other vo later.

starlight30, habang may buhay may pagasa! antayin mo reply nila sa iyo. It's never too late also to re apply if kailangan. importante keep on going tayo para makuha positive outcome natin! if madapa man tayo nang ilang beses pag tayo natin go parin hanggang ma abot ang finish line!!!

Na overlook lang ng canadian -nova scotia ang papers mo sis. kasi bayad ka naman talaga dun para sa husband mo. ;D Canadians, know how to correct naman themselves lalo na pag nagkamali sila at na overlook ang papers mo. Bago as visa officer lang siguro si NBA kaya di niya nakita ng mabuti. Pero di pa rin makatarungan yun.. Go for the appeal a, we wil include it to our daily 9pm prayer.

Thanks Silent! There's no use crying over the spilled milk eh.. Na send ko na ang appeal last thurs and for sure bukas andito na sagot ni NBA..hehehe... ;D ;D ;D Sana nga ma touch naman sya sa sinulat ko sa kanya.. I am not angry nor harsh in my letter, instead i am humbly requesting for a re-consideration of my case based on the actual docs i sent them.. hay naku sana nga lang no?..hindi na rin ako umaasa nang sobra sobra though my heart still wishing for it..

NOC ko is 3152 (registered nurse). i submitted full docs to CEM last Nov. 18, 2010.
