by the way, as im comparing the 2nd AOR of my friend to mine i noticed a lot of things
1. she (june 24) was advised to contact the VO if it is more than 90 days,Mine (Dec 10) was to contact the VO if more than 6 months!!- what is this supposed to mean?
2. hers was a new number compared to the 1st AOR, mine is same as my first AOR...

anybody has the same dilemma????
pareha ba tayo ng case?

Hi,

As far as I know, I have included all necessary forms required by Manila VO as indicated in the checklist, including the supporting docs/affidavits/letter/etc. I've read in other fora that there are applicants who have failed to submit IELTS result or Police clearance. Let us wait for FES' reply if she made a mistake or not.

Other forum members may have something else to share/say...

Hi Mike!

I got a new AOR number with an "E" prefix.

My AOR also stated 6 months.

One theory I think is that they are revised the AOR wordings to be more realistic to our timeline. Instead of saying 90 days, they changed it to 6 months for a more conservative approach. This also gives the VO a good rating when it comes to meeting the target. ;D

With that in mind, February will be a crucial month for us. If one of us receives an MR, expect the others to receive one also.

December is also one of the slowest months as stated in other forums. So I'm not really expecting anything from them as of the moment.

What do you think will be the effect of the post June 26 applicants since some of them already received their AOR?

Thanks

pf, we really do not know as to what will happen to the post June 26 applicants... hmmm maybe you are right with your theory. but why changed the prefix? i think that those categories not included on the 29 are receiving the E while those who are new in the 29 got the B. some whose occu that are still in the 29 from the 38 got the B...

Hi.

I received my 2nd AOR last Oct 6, 2010 with Immig File No. B*******. Here's the excerpt from the email.

Processing time;
Applications for permanent residence in Canada in the category in which you have applied are finalized in an average of 6 to 12 months in our office. If you have not received any instructions from this office within 90 days from the date of this letter, please contact us directly and inform us of this.

I'm not aware na meron palang AOR's with 6 months queue, and suffixes with E.. CIC should have posted their public announcement regarding that. Para official.

Hello everyone,

May I join this thread? I'm FSW applicant under NOC 1111. I've received my 1st AOR from CIO last Oct 4,2010. I mailed my full docs to CEM last Dec 7,2010 and expecting that it had reached the embassy Dec 8,2010. How long will it take to receive 2nd AOR after submission of full docs to CEM? And if we receive 2nd AOR, is that an assurance that the application is already approved in the CEM phase? Thank you so much.
