how much points u are short? i think u should apply again in july 2011 instead of applying for visit visa

According to the officer I am 18 points short Which I really refuse. They gave me only 5 points for my education. C´mon I went to University (Uncomplete) but they only consider my secondary school.... even though i sent documents for everything.

Arranged employment, they gave me 0 points. Why? I sent the letter of my employer and everything. Well, it might be that I did not sent the Labour Marker Opinion or whatever is called.

At this point, I can have more experience points since I have one more year experience. Yu think that can give me more points.

Guys, please guide me, I really need to find the way to do it. I am so overwhelmed and I can´t even think. Can I get my papers back? I sent originals of everything!!!! because when I found out I didn't have to, it was already sent.

18 points are really hard to get.but dont worry. u have to do some more paper work. apply again as NOC is opened, refresh bank statement , police certificates. as per new rules the education points are also re allocated so count ur score upto new rules n see if ur points are 67 . if u can provide authentic certificate for arrange employment then u will score . dont worry.

Sorry, but you will not get points for incomplete University education. You get points for completed degrees only. You have to follow the instructions to the letter for the whole process.

What u mean by "I went to University (uncomplete)? Didn't u complete the studies of the University?

Sorry, but you will not get points for incomplete University education. You get points for completed degrees only. You have to follow the instructions to the letter for the whole process.

Agreed...unless you provide CIO, certificate of graduation, & transcript, you can't get any points

Drbhatia... I have completed my BDS from Maharashtra in 1999, I guess you should be receiving your 2nd AOR by the end of this week or early next week.

By the way, this is the content of 2nd AOR...

Information about application received dates
- Processing Time
- Interview
- Interpreters
- non-resident applications
- Let us know in case of personal information change (address, immigration rep, withdrawal of app)
- Prepare yourself for immigration to canada

What is the preperation we need to do from hereon?

for ex: PCC etc..
