Dear friends, Thanks for your replies. My consultant has my documents like transcripts etc... . So I can not withdraw him. Lamhey, it doesnot work, tried many times. It says" Client ID number should be in this format: 00000000 or 0000-0000". I have applied for CAIPS but not sure of the result without my Second AOR. Really in dilemma.

hi,

I'm very sorry. it should be as following:

put UCI no. (Identification number) as Client ID number (Identification Type)

OR

put B******** no. (Identification number) as Receipt number (Identification Type)

hope it helped.

we can not predict when our app will be processed, now a days Files are processed on the basis of the category, Those who applied before 26 June 2010 are in the second, soon to be third, processing priority after new noc list.
However, the key issues will be the contents of the July Occupation List which is going to publish on 1st july. so wait and watch if it will bring some good news for pre june applicants.

Hello,

I am new to this forum. I wish to apply under cartegory 7312 0r 7216.

I am a three year diploma holder. I have also done 10+2, so total years of education is 15. I have calculated my points as under

Education: 22
Age: 10
Adaptability: Spouse is MA and his sister is in Canada so 10 points
Experience: 3 years : 19
English : I guess I will atleast get 8 points

So this total becomes = 22+10+10+19+8 = 69.

The concern here is that the company where I worked is no more now. It has been disolved. Though I have the experience letters and every thing with me like salary slip ( on company letter head). But if CIC wishes to verify, phone numbers on letter head DOES NOT EXIST. I worked there from Jan 1995 to Mar 1998.

Please advise.

Thanks

Sumedh

You can explain them while applying but it will be better if you get a new employer and also enclose your current employer letter

For what its worth, I think it will take around 6-10 months from now. If you see, old cases (full docs submitted feb-mar2010) are getting visas. I am only 7 months away from March 2010. I think we may start getting medicals in 2-3months.

I have also read the link in which David Manicom explained how they work at ND office.Read through this link. Looks like NDVO is the best of the canadian missions. I felt good after reading it. Hope it helps you.

hi,

i'm sorry, but it should work.

i hope u have put the correct information about ur Surname, DOB and POB. If still doesn't work, try to put ur full name instead of just the surname, some ppl in the forum say that also works (however it doesn't work on mine).

pls let me know what the information it gives after u proceed with the correct information.

This is for your information. The requirement is that you should have minimum 1 year work experience within the last 10 year. See the details from cic websites..

Work experience minimum requirements

If your application is eligible for processing, it will then be assessed against minimum requirements.

Your work experience must be:

for at least one year, continuous, and paid (full-time or the equivalent in part-time), AND
Skill Type 0 (managerial occupations) or Skill Level A (professional occupations) or B (technical occupations and skilled trades) on the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC) list, AND
within the last 10 years.

Cap limit is cut in half from July 1, 2011. Same 29 codes (no change)

Let's hope that this will help our queue start moving again....

This is a good news for pre june applicants.
Now we can hope that our apps will get processed by early next year.

Brealing and Good News for all...............

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/releases/2011/2011-06-24a.asp

NEW RULES FOR NEXT YEAR

Same 29 occupations as before, except they are limiting to 500 per NOC (with maximum 10,000) - so half the number of FSW1 as 2010-2011!

The good news is that with even less intake for 2011-2012, they will have more capacity with which to tackle pre-June-2010 applications.

Yes. More than the numbers, their intentions are to cut the backlog is very important.
Let us hope our applications will move forward and we get visa soon!
