You have a vaild point about 4 months from the date of Submitting Docs at VO.But if you check in Other threads of (may June July ...Submitions), Members who submitted on 15 june or onwards hardly very few people have got Medical Request .and none from July august , so we stil have people ahead of us who submited before 1st oct.

once the september (Submitions) people recieve the Med Request , then only our turn will come. This is my understanding which i learnt from my Consultant , as she is an ex immi officer ,CHC.
any ways if something Positive happens other than this and we get our med request in feb. than we all are happy !!

Right Now as per the system or method VO Follows , June july august sept docs Submittions wil get the Med request and then we wil get our request ,

Tanytush

You are right it is an error about the medicals being received. We may have to revert back but, it is not a big deal reverting :-)

It is almost four months for those who applied in Oct 1st week. For them, I hope, this is real.

@ Hi All...........

Everyone is getting their e-cas status changed to In Process. Someone whose status is not even shown till yesterday now get their e-cas status directly "In Process".

It's really nothing for everyone who got "In Process" status because its only an error. New Delhi VO is currently issuing the medicals whose file transfer date is around the last week of Feb 2010 & 1st week of March 2010. And taking the files in process whose file transfer date is in 2nd & 3rd week of March 2010. They are taking the files "In Process" of the applicants whose file transfer is in March 2010 and who are near to complete their 8-10 months after their second AOR issued by New Delhi VO. So this the scenario of Indian CHC.

So it proves that they are very particularly doing their work with very good system.

E-Cas status change is only an error and they will cure it as soon as possible.

Frenz,
if u are viewing this url https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/redir.do?redir=app_perm_fam&lang=en&app=ecas then its a explaination of status.

I strongly believe that "In Process" status is not a error or mistake. (Assumption based on my experience in website developments and maintenance) But its an update from ND,VO.

We can expect med. soon.

Note: my e-Cas is accessible by all 3 nos. B********** ,E*********** and UCI.

Himanshu

When I see status it says 'We received your application for permanent residence on November 16, 2010. ', which is correct.

If you see various status/ stages, those are now
1. IN PROCESS
2. WITHDRAWN
3. DECISION MADE
4. COMPLETE

Post 26 june, all applicants have to send full docs to CIO.
So they have removed status namely 'CIO reveiw comple' and 'RBVO'. As 'RBVO' will not be applicable to post 26 june,10 applicant. So they have created new status after full docs received, 'IN PROCESS' that is very first stage now.

For 'IN PROCESS', it means following
1. Application Received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)
2. Documentation Verified by CIC
3. An Interview May be Required

So consider may case.
My full docs to NDVO on 16-Nov-10 and 2nd AOR on 7-Jan-11.
'IN PROCESS' means to me
->Application Received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)
-> Documentation Verified by CIC(May be)
-> An Interview May be Required(May be)
If Interview not required then they will send med.

So frenzs, don't worry. It may not be mistake.

Still I can't figure out for 'Med. done' and 'Med. result received' status update, it can be mistake.

If you got certificate for HSC, no need to fill for class 11th.

You can include it since it is a professional body

(2) IMM 5406 Additional Family Information :

You need to submit two copies of this form. One for you and one for your wife. On your wife's form, she should write her name as applicant and your name in spouse section and her parents info in parents section.

(3) What should i write title of my JOB in all forms "PHARMACIST OR RETAIL PHARMACIST? In my reference letter from Employer it is mentioned " Retail Pharmacist "

Retail Pharmacist

I am assuming that you are not sending full documents now. If you are sending application for the first time, please check with post June 26 threads in this forum. You can get wrong in this thread because we applied under pre-June 26 rules. Goodluck!
