I need to ask you some urgent quetions

I have been working on ships for last 8 years. Ndvo is asking me pcc for those years i.e from US & Benin. You also worked on ships. So how u handled this request.

Second thing is what you mentioned in background declaration, i means where u stayed during those 8 years bcoz you must have visited many countries during those 8 years. So did you mention all countries.


Third thing is as on ships it is impossible to work round the year. So how you proved your work experience as full time bcoz their website says it should be continuous round the year.

Please advice urgently. If possible could you please give me your email id for additional details.

I am 2010 applicant still stuck in the process and waiting for final decision. I believe you recently moved to Brampton. How is life in Brampton and hope you are settled. I have been following you from 2011. I still remember, your file got processed in 1 or 1.5 weeks after you submitted your medicals.

Hi, do you know why the delay in your processing ?

In August we will complete 2 years as PR. Canada has been kind. It is indeed a land of opportunities.

Hello Maran,

Thank you for responding. I received medicals in Aug 2013 and due to medical issue, I did re-medicals and submitted in Oct 2013 but received fairness letter again in Aug 2014. Responded to fairness letter in Oct 2014 and still waiting. Basically they have taken 1 year for re-medical review and I believe they will take an year for final decision and hoping that I will receive final decision in Aug 2015. I received GCMS notes and it looks like the Visa officer sent to Medical officer for review after 6 months of receiving the response to fairness letter. Anyway let us hope for the best.
