Seems they are clearing all pending files of NOC 4131 on priority basis, as NOC 4131 was delisted in new NOC list published after 26th June 2010

@ Srid: No, they've not asked me Proof of Funds, i have parked my almost 20 Lakh in Bank in terms of FD's and in Saving account, which was untouched since last 3 n half year, it was good that i have not utilized that money.

@ Srid: One more thing, why you are asking so? we all have put up our second file to New Delhi office along with statements of Proof of Fund, right? Did you not put?

I have submitted 6mo bank statement with the full docs. That money is in an FD but, I live in a different city now. I hope I don't have to visit the branch for the POF letter. One less document is one less headache.

The data I have from June 2010 Applicants forum is that you have applied on June 17. Which date is correct?

Well, thats what my consultant said today.. They are in hurry to clear backlogs. Lets see how far all the assumptions go...!! till MR / visa by the end of this year or not...

I have one more question its regarding the payment of Right of Permanent Resident Fee. I have 2 members in my application, so do I need to pay $490*2, or is it just $490 irrespective of the number of memebers in the application.

The Principal applicant (PA) and the Spouse will have to pay 490 each.
It means 490 x 2 =980 CAD Dollars
