NOC – 4131
Visa Office – New Delhi
Initial application to CIO Nova Scotia – June 23, 2010
First AOR received – October 15, 2010
Full Documents sent – Feb 1, 2011
Second AOR received from NDVO – Feb 15, 2011
E cas – IN PROCESS
Processing date – Reviewed application and started processing on March 30, 2012

Second AOR received from NDVO – Feb 15, 2011

Thanks for sharing your information. Looks like NDVO did not slowdown in moving applications to In Process. It is only ECAS updates that are getting delayed..

Mine ecas is also in process with date 31 January..till date I havent received any letter...dying for medicals..

NDVO is still processing MI-3 applications. I saw couple of posts on this forum today reporting medicals. The processing seems very fast. One application was filed on 15/12/2011, and got medical request today..

May be they are reaching the end of the MI-3 queue and hopefully we will start seeing medicals for MI-1.

when they are done with MI-3, a new MI will come into existence and we ( pre-june) will be nothing but forgotten backlogs.

Day before yeterday it was not chaged when I checked it.So it must have come in IP yesterday or today!!!
