Dear NICKY Royal,

It has been observed that those who submiited their full Docs in june-july2010 had their status changed to "IN PRocess" in January2012. For those who submitted DOCSin Aug2010 the CHANGE HAS started occuring from FEB2012.
Likewise,if the tempo is maintained at present pace we can expect more happy news in the comming months.
SO,LET US WAIT , WISH and pray for the best.

Aptly said by Mr. Prahar, Till date status of "In Process" with processing date is being received by applicants who had submitted full docs to CHC ND in August 2010.

Prima Facie applications will be processed w.r.t. 2nd AoR so its time to pull up this thread since i submitted full docs in November 2010.

Friends please start posting in this thread if any update is received for your files who had sent full docs to CHC ND in OCT-NOC-DEC 2010

Dear friends,
I remember it was in Feb 2010 that some of us including me got "in process" update in our e-cas and after a few weeks it just reverted to AR<DM. So I think we are in a dangerous zone, if the VO can keep up the momentum, it's gonna fine, otherwise another long wait. NOC changes and other changes in immigration rules are usually revised in the month of July. As Mr. Parhar 51 opined ,LET US WAIT , WISH and pray for the best.
