how to order caips notes?

how much is costs?

CAIPS notes are entered by IO's in VO"s abroad...they are accessed by all IO's through out the system. it contains client's (applicant's) info. as far as i have heard, CAIPS notes contains almost every information such as: medical info, payment info, bring forward date of the file for the applicant, education/credentials, hstory of the client, any interview scheduled etc....


u can google CAIPS notes and order them through CAIPS notes....it takes about 4-6 weeks before u get them....

mine is a 38 list pre june 2010 case, noc 0711;
sent my initial application to cio on 21 jun 2010;
1st aor recd from cio on 6oct2010, asked to furnish supporting docs and complete application to ndvo;
sent docs to ndvo on 14 dec 2010;
2nd aor recd from delhi on 5 jan 2011;
still my ecas status shows " initial review complete at cio"..there is no mention of anything from delhi even as on 21st april 2011 after about 4 months of having sent the entire docs to delhi..!!??

is it all ok or am i missing out on something here?

No...Its a random process ..as well as it depends on documentation ...

it's friday in india....long weekend and less chances that chc nd is going to do any updates on e-cas...lets hope that saturday brings the good news/updates for people who are waiting in the queue from chc nd via e-cas or from the mailman

Hello Guys,

Count me in.. I have sent full docs in Oct2010 and got second AOR 16NOV10. Now E-Cas status shows "Application Received" with mailing address displayed..

Lets keep posted the updates if anyone got..
