Today my current address changed to my India address where I had intended the passports to be delivered.

Does that means passports are on the way back? Or it still may take some more time? Any idea?

BTW my status still says medical received.

passports are on the way with visa rohit all the best!

These are the operational targets for finalization. There is a note given at the end of the page.

NOTE: Total Applications Finalized includes all Positive Final Decisions, all Negative Decisions at all stages, and all Withdrawn applications (in persons).

Total of 13000 persons i.e. around 4640 applications shall be reviewed by the CHC new delhi staff in 2013. Positive outcomes shall be for 3000 applications only i.e around 8000 persons.

Yes you are right, but at least we can expect that they will do some work on our file by this year only.

Step 2: Establishing Operational Targets

In order to meet the number of admissions set out in the plan, CIC establishes what are known as “operational targets.” Operational targets are the number of applications (in persons) that must be finalized by processing offices in order to have admissions fall within the range set in the immigration plan. As of 2013, operational targets are based on the total number of persons covered by applications to be finalized, including both positive and negative decisions as well as withdrawals. In previous years, operational targets were based on positive decisions only. Consequently, operational targets are higher than the planned immigration levels.

Additionally, operational targets are higher because when applicants receive visas, they determine when to use them and whether they will use them. For example, at any given time there are applicants who have been issued a visa but who have not used it yet. Some may also end up deciding not to come to Canada after all. As a result, operational targets must also consider the fact that about two percent of people who get a visa do not use the visa, and that some people delay their arrival to Canada until the following year.

CIC regularly monitors the progress of its processing network toward achieving the assigned operational targets. If necessary, targets may be reallocated in response to changing circumstances.

I am worried about the new FSWP opening on May 4th...I hope we do not get pushed behind the new applicants this year...If that does not happen, there are 80% chances of all the pending applicants receiving MR this year...Like in 2012 there was a flood of MRs in Nov 2012. I expect that sort of thing in Oct, Nov or Dec this year for all the remaining applicants...Visas for sure will be stamped next year...Exceptions are always there

dd got encashed about 10 days ago med received line appeared on 15 april .still e cas shows in process .NO DM GUYS

This might explain something, As per Jason Kenny in his tweet reproduced below :-
Jason Kenney ‏ @ kenneyjason 18 Feb

@ SJoseph1201 The May intake of new FSWP applications will be very limited & will go to the back of the queue, behind MI-1s (except for AEOs)
