Dear,

I think then applicants of April,May and June will receive such status, while Jan Feb And March applicants will be spared.Had been hearing that the latter will be finalized this year while April...June applicants will be processed in 2013,any opinion on this!!!!!!!!! Qorax can give best answer.

I differ to that opinion...... NDVO is least concerned about who applied when at CIO-NS (1st AOR)

Files will be processed as received with full docs at NDVO i.e. 2nd AOR. Even processing times mentioned on CIC website are based on complete application package & so far the trend of file processing in all VOs is also as per complete package received at the respective VO & not based on 1st AOR.

So I am sorry your above statement that applicants of JFM-10 will be processed in 2012 & AMJ-10 will be processed in 2013 is not strong.

Imagine applicant with 1st AOR of 31-March-10 submitted full docs to VO on 15-July-10 & get 2nd AOR on 30-September-10

At the same time applicant with 1st AOR 31-May-10 submitted full docs to VO on 15-June-10 & gets 2nd AOR on 31-August-10

VO will process which file first… August 10 or September 10

The "In-process" dates also seem to suggest that applications are being picked in the order it was received at NDVO i.e. 2nd AOR

Dear friends,
I m new to this forum,
I m feb,2010 applicant.
My file got in process 2012, i m waiting for medicals.
I came to know that vo is asking for old passport along with new one, but i lost my old ppt in dec2011 while my trip to uk. Though it was already cancelled in dec2010.
Thank you in advance.

It's not true as I got 2nd AOR in Nov 2010 and my friend got his 2 AOR in March 2011 . His in-process date is one week after me.

Your "In-process" date seems to have taken more time. Were you asked to submit any additional documents? We have nearly the same 2nd AOR date, but the in-process dates are more than 2 months apart.

Your friend's "In-process" date seems in line with the others who submitted full docs in Dec/Jan/Feb.

No , I didn't get any request .

that sound very long way to go. hope thats not true... and you get earlier than that..

God Bless,

It's possible Kavya..as they are going to process some applications in 2012 and the remaining in 2013...Let's wait and watch..

Dear friends

Please help me on this issue.

Please do that because if they ask you for medicals and passports you will have to get it renewed. So don't waste time and there is no problem in getting it renewed before expriy
