You will have:
Education: 22 points (please give specifics). - Only if the diploma course is of 3 years.
Experience: 21 Points
Arranged Emp: 0 Points - I have no arranged employment.So, calculate 0
Age: 10 Points
Language: 8 Points
Adaptability: 9 Points(3 for spouses edu+ 5 for Relative)

22+21+0+10+8+9= 70 Points

I saw that your e-cas status is Decision Made.
Order Caips and await for letter.

You have considered 0213 as your occupation, with a diploma in electrical engineering and 9 years experience, it is a tough sell..

Adaptability Points 3 + 5 = 8

Also to claim 5 points proper proofs are required.

Relationship tree. Proof issued by Govt. of respective country ensuring relation. This should be topped-up with a detailed letter explaining relationship.
Besides .. proof of living in Canada

Yes He should order Caips

Hello everyone!!!

Haven't been here since long nor did I check the ecas status. I just checked our online status and it was surprisingly showing "In Process". When clicked, it is showing this message:

We received your application for permanent residence on April *, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February *, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February *, 2012.

I checked with our consultant and he said that CIC has of course started processing files since sometime.

According to him they are presently processing cases of Full documentation sent in the months of June, July & Aug'10. Ours might come up in a month or two.

I WISH EVERYONE HERE GOOD LUCK AND +VE OUTCOMES!!!!

Hello Friends
I got a letter from visa office yesterday that I am not illegible for processing because according to them I do not have continuous full time or equivalent amount of part time paid working experience in the last ten years.
I am surprised!!!, I had involved in teaching (NOC 4131) as a part time lecturer since Jan 2006 to the mid of 2011 ( I worked nearly 4 colleges but in all cases as a part time lecturer only). But I had worked daily about 7 hours.
on the basis of 37.5 hrs/week consider as a full time (according to cic web site) there will be 1800 hrs/year in order to be full time.
when I calculated my part time working hours(via different colleges) from 2006 to 2011 , It will be more than 12,000 hrs in last five yearsb\. In this way , if i am right , I do have 6.6 years of full time work experience in the past five years ( 12000/1800 = 6.6)
what shall i do?
Do I need to send them clarification letters from concerned college???
Am I illegible ?? or do i give up my dream to go canada from this occupation 4131??
Please suggest me. I am looking for experienced suggestion rather than guess

Do you mean they are processing Dec/Jan 2011 full document sent application or Dec/Jan processing Date application.

I think he meant though applicants who got in process in Dec/Jan..

Nope no alternative other than check mail/post/ecas status every day :P

I think that we all may get Medicals by April End.
It would have been good if we got it by March end/April start as there was Good Friday(holilday) to get medicals done.
After that any holiday is in August Month.
Will have to take leave from office..
