waiting4pr,

good luck but the Flight you chose was not a good one.
Lufthansa has age old aircrafts and stay in lower class among other airlines.

Your best choice would have been by Emirates though it would cost a bit more.

I think Emirates is way more expensive. ON net I found is Jet Airways more cheaper but I dont think they allow more than 32 KG.

I am nervous that he got reply in only 60 days after submitting docs to ND and I am still waiting from Last 4 months. Will everything be ok?
When i got my New visa office file no., i got a letter with it saying that "if u don't get any reply within 3 months then contact us directly".
I contacted them after that span of time and the same email came again saying wait until you are within processing time.

Hi Jams2,

CHC send refusal very early. If they dont satisfy with your documents or with anything else. They send the rejection with in 60 days. I am few of my friends also got refusal within 60 days. We had shortage of 2 points in our first attempt. As per my experience with CHC delhi. if you pass more than 90 days of your application than you are on safer side.

its completely depends on case to case. when one sends reconsideration he might be considered or he maynot be...... depends the case

I THINK HE MADE SOME FAKE DOCS AND HE IS ALSO BANNED FOR 2 YEARS. LETTER ASKING HIM THAT HE CANNOT APPLY FOR ANY TYPE OF CANADIAN VISA FOR 2 YEARS.............. I THINK HE BOUGHT FAKE IELTS CERTIFICATE TOO

He desreved the rejection. Such people actually cause problems for genuine applicants as well. I feel pity for your friend for being unethical that he turned out to be. Better be in good company :)

Dear waiting4pr

All the best for your New journey in life. Even though you have been Edmond, this sure must be a different felling

I wish you safe Journey and a successful life in Canada

Guys n Gals plz make my doubt clear that is it necessary for cic ND to complete the processing within given processing time period?
In my case , approx. 4.5 months are over after submitting the docs to New Delhi VO. Should i expect my case decision to be made within next 3 or 4 months or they can take more time than 8 months (i.e average processing time for CIC ND).

Should be done in next 3-4 months

But Average time is 8 months which means some applicants are done before 8 months and some after 8 months. There are no garauntees

HI all

Guys it's a bad news frm my side.. 2day i recieved a letter from CHC ND stated that
I have now completed the assessment of your application for a permanent resident visa as a skilled worker. I have determined that you do not meet the requirements for permanent residence in canada.

Your application was assessed based on the occupation(s) in which you requested assessment NOC Code 4131 College and other Vocational Instrutor. The table below sets out the points assessed for each of the selection criteria:
point assessed
Age 10
Education 25
Official language proficiency 8
Experience 21
Arrange employment 0
Adaptability 0
Total 64
You have obtained insufficient points to qualify for permanent residence in canada, the minimum requirement being 67 points.

Your spouse submitted a certificate from APT Computer Centre stating he completed a 2 years course in Advanced Diploma in Software Technology (ADST). I did not find APT Computer Centre to be a recognized institution of learning. You did not submit any additional documents to satisfy me that this is a recognized institution of learning. therefore no points are awarded for Spouse's education. you have not obtained sufficient points to satisfy me that you will be able to become economically established in canada.
I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Act and the Regulations for the reasons explained above. I am therefore refusing your application.

Now guys plz help me out,wat should i do b'coz the course my spouse hv done of 2 years makes 4 points and they did not awarded me with that. the computer centre is regd. with government of punjab.. plz help me. in my view my total points are 68. guys should i submite some additional documents regarding dat which prove that it's an approved computer centre for reconsideration or it's just all over for me.. plz ankit_20 and all members do help me.. i am very upset

Regards Inderaj

@Inderaj.
Instead of fighting on this i would suggest take IELTS again and try to score 12 points. 8 is quite low. 12 is achievable if u take classes.
Then apply again. And second time also show your wife's education, dont skip that.

my occupation is not in the latest list now,, so i can't reply now.

Inderaj,

how much did you score in IELTS?

I am not an expert but just thinking loud, should you appeal and in mean time get better IELTS score?

just a thought.

Regards,

J
