IMO, we get 4 points for Wrting/Reading/Speaking if we get 7 to 9 bands....
and we get 4 points if we get 7.5 to 9 bands in Listening....

yes bcn u are absolutely correct. except listening(where 4 points are awarded on 7.5 to 9) in rest other sections 6.5=4 points

Education (Bachelore Degree)16 years = 20 Points
Age = 10 Points
Experience (4+ years) = 21 Points
SPOUSE EDUCATION = 5
IELTS = 12 Points ( Speaking = 8 , Lisenting = 7 , Reading = 6 , Writing = 6.5 )

So total is 68 Points

Hello Guys,

Finally I am able to send my passport to my home (Mumbai, India) with my uncle (from USA)and my parents send it to ND embassy. So officially ND embassy received my passport on 10/26/2010. Now I hope I will get my passport asap.

IELTS = 16 Points ( Lisenting = 8, Reading = 7.5, Writing = 7, Speaking = 7 )

So total is 72 Points

Age = 10 Points
Experience (4+ years) = 21 Points
Spouse Education (Masters of Comm) = 5 ( Did not send transcript so might not count)
IELTS = 16 Points ( Lisenting = 8, Reading = 7.5, Writing = 7, Speaking = 7.5 )

Total Points 72 or 77 (if they count Spouse education based on certified mark sheet and certificate)

No verification call

Hi BCN,

If you get 6.5 or more in Wrting/Reading/Speaking than its 4 points for each of them
and 7.5 or more in Listening that its 4 points

1) age 10 points
2) education 20 points (bachelor's degree and 3 year work experience)
3) language 16 points(listen 8.5, reading 7, writing 6.5, speaking 7 ) so overall 7.5
4) spouse 4 points
5) work experience 19 points (3 years )

so total i have got 69 points. hey imran 2 points ahead , just joking ;D
