Dear u were right it was nt sign of joy..

I gt rejection letter today..stating that; u have nt satisfied me that ur institution (I showed experience as an INstructor in my own institute) is nt Govt. Accredited

The processing fee that u have paid is refundable. u will receive cheque within 8-12 weeks..

Anyways... i learned lot from this blogs.. thanks for ur kind help.....all the best to all of you guys..

Hi Uni,

Sorry to hear abt ur case. Did U apply through a consultant or directly? If through a consultant, didn't the consultant verify ur application before sending it to CHC. Anyways Canada is not the end of the world. Keep trying and am sure U will strike a better deal.

Uni Sorry brother about you case - What I gather from their inputs is that the private institute which is not funded by the government should be accredited by a government body. For example - a medical institute or a Management institute which is recognized by the government. I am guessing they would not count a private tuition classes as a recognized training institute. Again please accept my apologies I am just assuming and interpreting stuff and in no case want to stress you are not from a reputable institute in your field.

My category is 4131 (Instructor in Private training institute) tell me guys hw private training insti could be Govt Accredited????????????????????

I am planning to appeal in Immi Tribunal against ths bogus reason..

Has the average processing time in CHC, New Delhi changed? I suppose there are many who have already crossed 8 months after submission of documents to CHC.
