File transfer date 03rd march is cinsidered....

Hi Tarak,

Ok thanks.. so according to your calculation can you tell me approximate weeks i need to wait.....

Regards,
Vipal

dear we are in the same boat....

Mine also xferred in march only and submission in mid april.... I think we should get something next month i.e., October....

See, If you are following my other topic then you'll find something interesting....

xfer month possible docs sent month volume
Jan April, May 10 (for e.g.)
Feb April, May, June 15 (for e.g.)
March April, May, June, July 30 (for e.g.)

So it means as they'll start processing by xfer month for Feb, March and onwards, CHC, ND will become slow as the volume will be increased
Average people sent their full docs within 2 months of xfer date so, whoever got their xfer date in march, the submission would be really high compare to feb.

Now, you guys estimate your timeline to get ur ECAS changed. :)

We'll get much fairer picture in one or two tuesdays (hopefully)

Hi Laklak, CAforCA and to all,

I am not against anybody, my words just came under sheer frustation. I saw the movement in Jan and then Feb and half of March, so was expecting more changes in my case. Anyway, I apologize if I have hurted someone.

Laklak, r u sure 9 months are counted from the file transfer date and not from the date of submission of documents. When we receive the letter (2nd AOR), it is clearly mentioned that it might take 8 months from the date of the letter. I think there is some confusion. What do you say?

Best of luck to all.

Hi Yahoo,
No need to apologize buddy, as I did not take your posting personal. It is frustrating for all of us. I wish all of us luck and patience in getting over this .. Have a great week and all the best for next Tuesday ;D.

9 months from the date of file transferred...cause the 120 days given by CHC is part of the time given by each CHC...i mean to say 9 month includes the 120 days......by this year i have a gut feeling that we will getit.....cause before x'mas holidays holidays they have to close case much faster ...the embassy is closed for @ 15 days...therefore iam keeping my fingers crossed...all the best.....

[ lets hope for another tuesday , what i think is remaining candidates of the jan may get over by this week ... and if not then max by the next week. the sooner the better , well what i suggest you guys to identify the doctor u want to go to so as to we may not delay the case further because seeing the sudden rush of medicals i foresee that the pasport stamping may also be clogged up and they will try to beat the deadline and if delated we will have x mas holidays staring at us , so we just do it asap . well any way lets just pray for this tuesday

Hi Sachin,

I wish your predictions become true and may god shower us with happiness next Tuesday....

Shubash

So they told u to contact after 8 months? When did u receive your AOR? What category are u in?
In my case AOR was issued on 26th aug and it says 3 months. I am working here in canada and i'm in FSW2 AEO.
Why is it different? Are there different priorities for different job codes/AEO etc-?
I think AEO's would get more priority as immigration wouldnt like to make employers wait indefinately for the prospective employee. If employers have to wait longer, then they might take back the job offer and it would definately be a loss to canadian economy. The other guy who comes before the AEO guy will probably file for welfare, work factory jobs etc-. So i am thinking there IS some priority system for AEO guys. any thoughts

Hi All,
I sent an email asking about the status of my application. They replied saying that it will take average 8 months to be in process status if You are eligible.

pulling up thread

friends strange day yesterday......Recd a call at home landline which was missed my dad called back it was CHC ND....me and my wife we both are in Chandigarh and my wife is the primary applicant....she had an AGM at her office so mobile was switched off...no one might have picked the call at her office same reason.....anyways called the high commission in the afternoon saying that someone called and the call was missed...operator told she cannot put the line through....they will call again if they feel like then she told us the timings during which CHC calls ....now we are apprehensive as landline was missed....don't know whether they called her mobile or her office....really scared and hoping for the best....need some good wishes though
