MY 2ND AOR IS DATED 16 APRIL

benjamin & Naavy100,

In my Second AOR which I received on 5th July, it is clearly mentioned to contact them if I don't receive any instruction from them within 3 months..
For both of you guys the 3 months periods has been elapsed already, so I was just curious to know whether you aproached to Canadian High commission yet?

Mine is already 10 months from 1st AOR and 8.5 months from 2nd AOR

Also my medicals , passports and RPRF since 27th July and 2nd August respectively ...

I believe there is no such a time frame .It entirely depends on your documents..Then luck and obviously on particular Visa officer ..

If you analyse regarding this timeline ,people even have got within 6 months also..

processing times at wwww.Canadainternational . gc . ca is 10 months exculding initaial assesment,

every case is unique , it is the same CHC which gave visa to many applicants in less then 6 months , eg Doglover (the member of this forum) he got medicals after 35 days of documents submission .

pullin up the thread, guys

What i analyzed is only from CHC, ND's last 2 months of processing time. Well, it is difficult to say at this stage for following reason.

- If we (April Applicants in this forum) get at least 3-4 medicals every week
- If they don't slwer down processing FSW cases like they did in between

then you may get good news in 4-5 weeks from now. Early if you are lucky
thanks tarak for the prompt reply.i appritiate your way of tackling the timings and their predictions. i wish u get visa soon. my wishes with u. od bless u and all of us. thanks :)
regards
jacob

Every Large corporation has its own unique procedure of processing its work and CHC is a Large organisation and it is my firm conviction that they have their own systems and procedure as well as MIS system well in place. The discretions are aberrations from the laid down procedures and as such cannot be a matter of routine.
Be it the date of in-principle sanction from Nova scotia or the date of Submission of docs to CHC Delhi or any other third parameter (Cateogary-wise priority) there must be a very well laid down procedure that is being followed by CHC in majority of the cases. The million dollar question isv- What is it and we have no definite answer to that . So keep on enjoying the uncertainity and as it is said "life it self is an uncertainity"

best of luck all the april/may applicants 4 dis comin tuesday.....
god will shower his happiness to some of candidates 4 sure....
hope every 1 gets visaa.............

Best of luck to all for this week.

May God shower blessings to all of us.
