Hi,

HERE IS UPDATE, BUT NOT THAT GREAT...

CHC ND has asked for additional documents in my case. Letter is dated 2 June reached to my Indian communication address on 8 June.

I am on temporary work permit in Canada under LMO exempted category (special IT category), my employer has offered permanent job, so I am very well under FSW2 Category.
Now they have asked for valid AEO which is not required in my opinion. I need to submit within 30 days which is not possible either.

Any help is appreciated.

As far as my knowledge is concerned, If you have one year or valid work permit, approved by HRSDC and if your are working on that job and if your employer offers you a permanent job then it simply means AEO.... However under some circumstances AEO needs to be approved by HRSDC as well.... See, my friend since they have requested additional document, you need to provide them something

One second, are you under work permit which is offered after completion of studies? If this is the case then certainly you would require your Permanent job offer to be approved by HRSDC

I am under above category which dont require LMO for work permit. So I have valid work permit + permanent employment offer and I will work for same employer.

Agreed... but, to process your work permit you dont require an approval from HRSDC however, you still require an approval from HRSDC if you are claiming points for AEO....

Well, It does not seems like VO thinks like this

What is your ECAS status now? Is it "Received by VO" or "Visa office eligibility review complete"
