Naavy paaji....Im also planning to Apply for CAIPS and will send to my Bro in canada.Just to confirm along with form www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563B.pdf we need to send Consent letter,formal request and $ 5 fees and passport copies of canadian citizen/pr holder papers...Thats it?

i sent my application to Nairobi visa office in march i haven't received medical request

What could be the content of formal letter ?

I think it should be normal request to issue caips giving all the details like name,dob and file number etc.
Do we need seperate application form for depedents while requesting CAIPS?
Kindly check http://www.caips.ca/apply.shtml it says As your CAIPS file contains not just your own personal information, but also that of your spouse and children if any, we will need additional IMM5475 forms to be completed and signed by any persons aged 18 or over that are included in your immigration application. These forms should be filled out with data relevant to the individuals (e.g. your spouse should put their own name and date of birth) but all forms should have the same file number (i.e. that of the principal applicant )

frustration all over guys ..

i got my status in process on 6th and proccessing started on 30th june but no medicals.. no V.Call nothing at all till now..

I am not sending any e-mail to them because i have not completed my 90 days yet . My AOR is of 20th April .. i m considering that..

Please let us know if anyone gets any reply back from CIC
