yes my friend.... I read nowhere but on CIC web site only.... It's clearly mentioned that its updated usually on tuesdays

hey guys

for me its been been three months since i have submitted my documents.
I sent them email to ask about what is going on in my application.

This is in response to your recent enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

We have received the requested information/documents and your application is currently awaiting review by a visa officer.

I dont know when my file will be processed.
may end of 2010.

i think is its not getting updated but there is some server error in the CIC site... 2 days ago there was same error which got corrected after 3-4 hrs....

some times it may happen that you receive your medicals and your status will remain the same as ''received by VO'' that may change on coming Tuesday.

so my suggestion is dont bother about the E-Status but wait for postman. Wednesday to Friday for people living in 250km radius of delhi or in state capitals. otherwise Monday to Wednesday.
