FULL DOCS TO CHC NEW DELHI IN APRIL 2010

i couldnt get time to fax them to know the status of my case, however i did send them email to know the status...

in next week, i'm planning to send them my updated POF documents as there is some change in it now, what u guyz suggest, do i send them it now or wait for their request to send them updated balance??

is there any reason to send updated POF? if they feel doubt, they can call to your bank, if they need anything else, they will ask during your medical request... i think ..not necessary to send any updated POF.

No updates for me yet, E-cas status is still Received by visa office, intrestingly both me and prsh_patel are NOC 0213. But I am hopeful to get some thing this week.

One thing I would like to rectify is that My full docs were sent on 6th from my home town.. I had already informed it on page 16..
Kindly sort me according to that, these docs are received by VO on 9th April..

Plz guide me, how the point calculated for experience? Is it compulsory to have 4 years experience in particular NOC to get the maximum point? Is it necessary 4 years experience must be from 29 NOC list. If i have 2 years exp from sales and 2 years exp as per Noc 1122. how much point will be considered?

The Right to Permanent Residence Fee is CAD $490 X 2 (for 2 persons)
Confim what mode of payment is acceptable by your local visa office.

$490 (canadian dollor) per person for hus/wife. no need to pay anything else for kids. if they havent asked anythingelse, just send pp n rprf. rprf cant be from card payment. it could be dd.

Good news from me....my status got Changed to 'In Process",

the status reads like "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on June 30, 2010"...i wish good luck to everyone out there who are waiting for the next step....god bless us all...
