How to check the eCas status ? cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp' and through 'Check application status
' ?. When i login to this page using my Immigration file number, i can see the last site updated date is still August 05 2010.

hi AR,
You have to go to Check application status...

the last update that u see , is for the website updates......
So dont worry...........

Our ecas is updated on Tuesday....
Secondly, u have to give your file number starting with B.......... ( 2nf file no. that u had received from CHC)
then fill in the required fields........
and get ur status......
and plz remember to logout.... and never click on SUBMIT .........

My visa was stamped on 22nd Novemberexactly 10 months from the time I receive 2nd AOR
My Visa expiry date is 28th July ,2011 because they received my medicals on 27th July
,2010..

Hello all,

My cousin has applied for the PR. Now, my question is when someone from ND visa office call for verification of the employment, they usually talk in English or in any other local language because my cousin is cook and his manager is not that good at English...

Does not matter in which language your employer communicate with VO but he/she should know hindi al least.

It could be in hindi or english but, your employer should know hindi at least

Hi All,

I sent the complete documents to visa office on April and got the letter from them dated 10th of april 2010..
But still did not get In Progress Status...m still waiting for medical...

Do we have applicants with same issue... going by the trends can anyone suggest when can i anticipate letter for medical...
