Hi all,

As per the table it seems they are through with Jan cases .. i mean medical formalities.....

and few feb cases have also been answered...

any idea when they will be completing feb and moving ahead...

My file transfer date is 17th march so if i calculate than i have completed 7th month waiting for the medicals....However, i saw Sachin case his transfer date is 1st feb but he is still waiting 4 medical...

today 17 oct, i am going back to my village........ bordering Kingdom of Bhutan........ will be there for two weeks.........
if any updates from my side will try to post..........
all my best wishes are with u all...........
i will defntly miss u all guys........ as it has become ritual to check the post atleast 5-8 times....everyday....

I am new to this forum.I have applied for NOC 4131 and my file transfer date from CIC to Delhi office is 10th feb 2010.I have submitted my second file with complete documents on 8th April 2010.But still waiting for response.

A News for all

January Intake is coming in Canada so Students rush will start after starting of November i think CHC will Again process PR application very slow like July/August (For September Intake) so i think this will give two more month long time for waiting for us.
people who will get their medicals or DM in ending of this month or starting of next month will lucky

Because January and September Intakes r major Admission programs

in September intake CHC had got above 60000 Student Visa application. due to this in July/August CHC was processing for PR cases went down in these months

so same thing will happen in January

two more month's waiting is coming for us


after January middle CHC will come to main track

hi dear i think u ve not read my earlier post on sep 21 .....for u i am posting again .......hi ALL ...................i asked my lawyer about sudden delay by CHC ND as compare to earlier months ,,,,,,,,,,i asked whether it due to load of study visas..................this is his reply.........

"THe processing of federal class is taking longer not due to the Student Visa applications. As processing of Student Visa's is done by different unit not economic unit.

The reasons of delay is re-posting of staff around the world in month of August and September and the Immigration year end in September. Minister will present his report to Parliament in this session and a new targets for Visa will be issued. "
