Yes you can do medicals anywhere in the world , let your DMP know that your mediclas should be sent to New Delhi.

well August and september is the periods when many of the employees are transfered ...

and every CHC is given new visa targates in september ...

so it seems like this was the reason of delay ...i got this information from my friend whos son is doing Law in Canada .
