My e-cas status changed on 5TH MAY - RECIEVED BY NEW DELHI VISA OFFICE / FILE TRANSFERRED APRIL 27. my Ist AOR was on 20th April. hoping to hear more soon..

applying with arranged employment but not AEO. We are already in Canada on work permit under LMO exempted category. what about u?

AEO is Arranged employment Opnion ... but I guess u are going by 1 year temp. work visa category. Well, I am on work visa in US and applying with approved AEO

hello friendz,
I hve sent my file under spouse visa in march 10..they started processing in new delhi on 1st april..i got PP request on 15th..i sent my PP on 19th..PP delivered on 21st..Whn i check the Ecas..it shows like we started processing my file on 1st april..bt i didnt got any updates like they received my pp...im realy worried whts happening...how much time thy wil take now to send back my PP....

Plz dont worry.. As the spouse cases are on priority... U will receive the further correspondence soon...

I do feel that the processing for 4131 is slower as compared to other codes..
But dont lose hope.. everything will be fine..

AFTER THE STATUS IS "RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE", HOW MUCH TIME IT TAKES TO GET 2ND AOR?

IS THERE A CHANGE IN STATUS IN E-CAS, LIKE 2ND AOR EMAILED, OR THE SAME RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE?

the next status you can anticipate is "In Process", VO are into process of calculating your points and verifying your duties...if they feel that you doesnt get the minimum points then they put status as "Decision Made" dis means your case is rejected by VO...so pray that your next status changes to "In Process" and not the "Decision Made"...all the best....
