In my case
as on today 4.5 month passed ,V.call 18th may,yesterday I got reply for my second Inquiry from CHC ND
that we have responded your recent Inquiry(01 june 10).mean while there is no change in the status of you application. your Application is awaiting visa officer' Review.no further correspondence is required from you side we will contact you when your Appl. reach the next step.

Than to day I Ordered CAIPS Notes.that will come around 20th august.

been inactive on this thread for a while...as some of you might have known from another of my threads regardiong the confusion with my PCC from Kuwait. Anyways spoke to my consultant and based on his advice sent my passports on 3rd July 2010. Still waiting for status change or visa issual...hopefully I will get the visa

just 2 quick questions

1. What is the avg time between sending passport and visa issue?
2. Is there anybody who has received the visas but status still shows IN PROCESS??

an update from my side...I just received the recipt for the RPRF fee...the CHC has encashed my DD...hope I get my passport back soon with the maple leafs stamped..

After receiving, RPRF payment receipts you hardly will have to wait for 1-2 week max for getting your passports back with visas

After receiving, RPRF payment receipts you hardly will have to wait for 1-2 week max for getting your passports back with visas

i submitted my full docs to nairobi VO in march ,in the AOR they informed me to only contact them if i dont hear from them in 12 months time, is that how long i should wait ????? 12 months???

COPOLA, yes you have to wait for that time period. Dont worry, Visa offices are quite fast now and you will soon get the Visa before that, I wish that for you. Visa office will not reply you if you enquire about your status before that time.
