Hi

I my self sent a copy of the (medical / rprf) request letter in which
they have made all request? I was also confused but got suggested from my lawyer and sent copy of it?

CHC has not asked for any Additional Docks,no refusal,on 4th july 4months will be completed
since my submission to ND CHC.

should i send case specific inquiry as CHC has not replied my early inquiry.
I have not submitted transcripts of me and my wife.I have submitted only Notarized copy of all mark sheets and certificates. should I send it now as i have got them lately(just before two weeks from today) .CHC has not asked for any Add.DOC after for month passed.

Original passport
Original medical exam receipt ?? or a photocopy of the receipt ??
Copy of med+PPR request letter

I have sent everything in one packet as below:-

All Original Passports (Expired and Renewed) for me and family members
RPRF Fee Draft duly mentioned my file number, my name and my date of birth on back side of it
Xerox copy of Medical Instruction (Request) Letter
Xerox copy of All Fee Slips
Indian Mailing Address (As I applied through Canadian Lawyer)
and last one but important doc is Covering Letter mentioned all above sending docs

posting this news just to lift the london applicants,,,

our forum colleague staralihaider got his 2nd AOR he sent full docs to london on 28th april (same date i sent). its seems after policy change the have resumed reviewing cases. Lets hope good.

hi sorry for delay as was on a family vication well i dont think it will cause much prob . cannot rule out . pl stop alchol as ap and there is liv 52 .. some say is good cant say as is aurvedic .. but lots of doc recommend it
and prey . as i am not sure of rejection

I had a small question.

All my reports came out fine. Just My Liver enzymes were high.
SGOT was 37,Sgpt was 60 and GGT was 110.
So they made me get the HEP B & C tests which came out fine.
He said they might ask me to get another test later for my Liver ,
My doc told me just to check my diet which I have done also, I just drink on weekends which I have brought down to.
do you think there is anything to worry about when it comes to the application.

Will really appreciate your help.

Good news from me....my status got Changed to 'In Process",

the status reads like "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on June 30, 2010"...i wish good luck to everyone out there who are waiting for the next step....god bless us all...awaiting for the medicals, RPRF now....

Now send them email to inquire your case? I think now they will must give you some response. You can also asked for CAIPS notes but problem is that it will take them to reply approx 2 to 2.5 months? But within this much time they will also reply to your case, without sending any inquiry what I think?

just Today morning I have Decided to order caips notes.it will take 4-6 weeks to receive it.
as it is too much delay. on 4th july 4 months has been completed to doc sub.
50days passed after V.Call.

I am surprised because, normally CHC either ask for Add. Doc or refuse the case or issue medical after in process. those who's cases are delayed got Add docs request. but as on to day neither i have received any such request nor refusal/Med.

CHC is really unpredictable.

in the reply to my general inquiry on 8th june they told me that your file is awaiting V.O's Review.next step in the case will be determine only after Review completes.I think that means V.Call was the part of Background check only. my file is not put in front of the VO's yet.it is in Que for review.

but hopefully one month has passed since last CHC reply.in this time they might have decided any thing.

any ways, wish you all the best for your Med.
