I have observed that those who had AEO got Medicals Early(note Hunker,Risabh,Jatt(hunker's friend))

No dear we dont have AEO,
And I have done nothing exceptional in my file ,It is as simple as a party

Hence, all waiting guys pls take a breathe and do other activities and dnt think about this,That's the best way to waittttttttttttttttt

but why we are worried because those who have submitted their doc on 15th, 20,23rd(sindhujatt) march
got medicals. and i have submitted on 4th march and not received any thing.
this seems like there is something wrong in my case,that's why i am worried.

have you maintained your POF since you submitted your full application.
and will you maintain until you got your passport stamped?

Just to clarify...I DONT HAVE AEO!!...I wish I had one...but unfortunately no such luck!!..

Guys, finally my status changed to "in process". I have been trying to ignore all the immigration status et all. Decided to check it today and it shows that processing began as of May 26. Any clues on the expected medicals date (if everything goes good)???

I got this from some immi forum

Immigration Canada changed its policy for skilled worker class as their sources to process the files were not sufficient. The backlog increased to 8 years. Only solution to this problem was to increase the officers. New Delhi already have 362 officers on different positions. Furthe rincrease was not possible due to funding.

Minister amended the Act to assume discreationary power to choose to whom he want to let in. He issued instructions to process limited number of occupations. What happened they created CIO to provide some time to visa officers to prepare their processing system for the new applications.

With limited number of occupation, every one tried to fit in those applications and ghost agents did fit lot of applicants in thos ecategories and submitted the applications to CIO. As CIO is not a Visa office thus no verification is done at this office. Clerks only check the forms on basis if duties and recommend it for vis aoffice.

CIO recommnded lot of applications to visa offices. Visa office again have to do same job but also need evidence at this stage.

All this increaes backlog under new system and officers have no time to process the old files. There was no promise in law that the Minister will process old files.

Applicants need to wait.......

I have not received the package ...itis with my consultant at their HO in Delhi, they will send it to their local office in chennai and I will pick it up from there probably sometime this week.

In Process means all fine hi hai So dnt panic at all.
Mere In Process to bhad 1 month + te aya c Meds,Bt there more lucky persons than me.
So IN PROCESS di hi khushi bhut hundi hai.
