ya hunker.plzz check my query and clarify
so if i got 2nd aor ,it means my eligibility is complete i.e i have the required points for PR,so i assume tht my written proof from my UNIV for language,has been accepted.then why to give ielts exam?
wht say seniors????

Dear Zeba,

Nowadays ,more stress is given by CHCs on Eng. eligibility.
I agree u r being assessed by CIO,
But ,see Zeba if ur Visa officer is in any mood to not assess ur Eng. on the basis of ur UNI. proof,then he can ask for IELTS.And really it will be immaterial whether u have already got assessed by CIO or not.

So it is on safer side to give IELTS, also it will make ur wait easier as well.

ECAS Changed,
(my ecas is still same, no change yet.)
But they have made change in my Current Mailing address.
Actually I have been using Representative, previously there was their mailing address but when I check today there is my personal address, which is quite incomplete, even may cause some difficulties to get doc. too.


so could I request to them to change my mailing address or should I contact to my nearest Canadian Consulate section to receive my doc. regularly? or will it be better to inform to the Representative?
could you assist me pls?

could you jest inform me abot when had you sent the full doc. at visa post?
mine reached at visa post on 12th March 2010 but still no update as Received by visa office.
probably in coming week.......

I sent my Package to New Delhi on 8th March 2010 and it reached on 9th March 2010.
I got my E-Case status update on 15th Match 2010 at around 5:15 Pm.
Till date i have not received my AOR....
Waiting for my AOR and waiting for my e-case to change IN PROCESS

I applied under the NOC 0111 Last September and received my AOR on December. I am submitting this week in Santo Domingo, D.R. how long is it going to take? I have no idea. My representative is helping me BIG TIME...

Dear SDF,

It depends upon local CHC....
If your local chc processing is fast then you will get an AOR within 2-3 weeks and overall processing time is around 6-12 months.

and status changed to "received by visa office " on 15th march 10

I guess guys all our status has changed to Received by Visa Office on Monday....
So mostly we should also get our next ecase update on next Monday or next to next Monday for sure....
Only my assumption.....Hoping for the best
