FULL DOCS TO CHC ND IN MARCH 2010

Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum.
I sent in the complete list of documents on Mar 09. 2010 and got an AOR from CHC Delhi dated Mar 25.
My case status on the CIC website shows as "Received by Visa office" as of today.

Lets keep this thread alive and keep updating each other regularly.

Hi Friends / Seniors;

My Question on the Experience Certificate is that, my First Company where i worked for nearly 3 years - the company got shutdown long back in 2006. I have only the Experience Certificate from them. If I submit that, after getting attestation from the Notarized Public -is that fine.

On My Second Company, I dont have the Releving Letter from them, as my employer was not ready to relive me and the new employer asked me to come and join without the releving letter. But I have all the documents (Offer Letter, Pay Revise Letter, Job confirmation Letter)

Please help me out. Its Very Urgent

I cannot update my Status. I wish I could have info about my case. It´s been 5 weeks since I drop off full documents to the Visa Office.

Hope I hear from them this week.

Checked mine to change from "App. received" to in process....does anyone know how long does the status change show after the second AOR......keep updating guys...Hunker any updates from you bro...

Guys.....following is my latest status when i click on the status check at the CIC website

We received your application for permanent residence on December 21, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 15, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on February 24, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you.

After this i turned in my docs on March 09, and received an AOR March 25. Any ETA's?? Any help will be appreciated.

No updates in my status is either...its still, "Received by VO"...wats happening out there in VO??? perhaps we are extremely perturb and impatient..

I think you are mistaken. My ststus has not changed to "in process yet". I am still hung with "received by the VO"

Yeah I was not spending lot of time on the forum

Fortunately I also got FBI cert yesterday and sent out my application to CHC today
