FULL DOCS TO CHC ND IN MARCH 2010

Hello Guys,

when status of an application is update from "Received by Visa office" to "in-process", does this mean that the application has met minimum number of points (67) or points are calculated and there will be no rejection on the basis of not meeting minimum points? I have noticed that some of the applicants who received rejections for not meeting minimum number of points was during the time their application was in" received by visa office" status.

please share your views on this point.

You are cent % right.

If ur status is IN PROCESS, it ceratinly means that file has been reviewed for 67 points,hence u cannt get rejection on Mininmum points basis in the future.

Your case seems to be moving Great: if Your E-Cas Status shows in-process that is a very good thing to know.

BTW, I have not heard about my case. It was 4 weeks when I submitted my documents to SD-CIC and still don´t see any change. However, I am NOT really worried about that. As long as I don´t get to see DECISION MADE, I am alright!!!

I got my AOR today on 20th April by email, application recieved by CIO on 22nd feb. and cc was charged on 8th April. I am ready to submit my full application, VO, New Delhi.
Please can i am confused..is that email only is sufficient or i have to wait for hardcopy from CIO. seniors plz advise me.

If from May 1 the 38 job list is changed and lets say my occupation is removed then Can i be eligible to send full docs to visa office as I already got the approval from CIO.

if your application will be on CIO before May 1st...u dont need to be worry about changes. Even u got AOR..dont worry about it.

thanks for response. just i m waiting for my bank balance certificate. the bank certificate has been passed to DHL Nepal,,,but due to volcano...still hanging around nepal... i m ready to submit my application after that doc.
