No worries hiprashant,

If they have declined my application its not that its end of my world.
I will apply again if i want but yeah it feels bad for so much wastage of time.
My Ecase status has just changed to DECISION MADE in the morning at around 8:35 AM IST when i checked.
I don't know how can they update E-Case so early.
Also i dont know on what basis they have rejected me.
I am waiting for their response so i will come to know the reason.
I have also send a Case Specific Inquiry.
Lets see what it comes from them.

I know this might sound a little silly, but I want to ask which file number are you using to check your e-cas status. I hope you are not using the old file number that you got from CIO. I am also NOC 0213 and I am worried about my application too. If it is a rejection ( I hope it is not ) please share the details here so that we can all know.

I checked with both my File Number and both show the same status
I am 99% that it is a rejection but just waiting to know the reason.
COZ i had sent all my aplpications correctly with all supported documents.
Waiting to get a letter from them.

My status changed today morning to " In Process "

I have submitted my file on 5th March 2010, and received AOR from CHC ND on 23rd March 2010.

My e-cas status showed that they have started to process my file on April 09, 2010,

Man today when checked my E-Case status it changed to DECISION MADE

This is annoying and i am really frustrated now.
The reason i am frustrated is that i did send all my documents without missing any.
I don't know for what reason they have declined my application.
I did not receive any VCall nor my Employer receive any mail or call.
I am waiting why the heck my application is rejected.
Lets wait for CHC reply and i will update every1.
BTW am i eligible for a refund here ?

Good news is that ND is fast so whatever will happen,it will happen soon.

How much was your score in your calculations?

I am so sad about Irshad....and so shocked tooo...we know his confidence and way of dealing.

about me probably it will be updated within this week I think..since in 2nd AOR they had mentioned that my application was received on 15th March.though updation was only on 22 March,
by the way what is the date mentioned in your 2nd AOR by them? could u just inform pls?

I did not forget to submit any documents which was required.
I cross verified the documents almost 15-20 times.
I am happy for all you guys that you have received your status IN PROCESS
All the best for you guys.
I can only get a clear picture when i get a rejection letter which will state the reason.
I had got 67 points.
I don't know what went wrong and what happened
Anyways there is always hope.
Lets hope for the best.

My full docs were submitted on 2nd April I haven't got my AOR yet and when I check the status with my old file number, it still shows "Eligibility review complete". Any ideas when will I get my AOR and a change in status?

It might get updated this week too.
U dnt have 2 wait 2 long before u have status change.

I have got 2nd AOR today which post by ordinary mail by Visa office to my consutant on 17/03/10. My file was reached to them on 12/03/10. But I am surprised that till now I am not able to see my file status with the help of Both the file number allotted by CIO and Visa office?
